Job Description
As a Customer Experience Representative, your priority is to provide exceptional customer service and to support your team. You will provide guests with an all-new transportation experience. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will carry out all current tasks of a rental experience representative, including but not limited to:
- Creating the optimal rental experience by providing customers a seamless rental and on-boarding process
- Maintain a fun and charismatic attitude, wearing a smile at absolutely all times
- Maximizing on sales opportunities for every customer by strategically up-selling products and services
- Greet customers professionally with an energetic and positive attitude at all times
- Prepare the rental agreement and perform checkouts quickly and efficiently
- Become an expert on all features of the Moke vehicle
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior sales and customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and take assertive action in emergency situations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
